Today is National Good Neighbor Day

Today is National Good Neighbor Day

Building relationships with your neighbor can become a powerful tool in your mental health toolbox. Part of a healthy mental health strategy includes tending to the relationships we have with our family, friends, and neighbors.

The past three years have in many ways made it more difficult to build relationships and get together to support one another. Supportive relationships are essential to our personal and community mental health.

I encourage you to not only take time for your own self-care, but also invest in supporting your family, friends, and neighbors who need your help and support
