Veteran's Day

Veteran's Day

First let me thank every one of you who has selflessly served our country by being a member of our armed forces. Your service and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. We wouldn't be here without you.

I have often talked about the importance of gratefulness to our mental health. So, on Veterans Day, write a thank you card to people in your life who have served in the military. Volunteer to help military support groups in your area. Send care packages to those serving overseas.

Let's make sure that the veterans and those actively serving in the military know how much they are appreciated.
