CEU Training: My Client Was Sexually Assaulted. Now What?

Appleseed's Safe Haven program and OhioHealth Mansfield are partnering to present "My Client Was Sexually Assaulted. Now What?" on April 26, 2021 from 12-1:30pm. 1.5 FREE CEUs available for Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists. This is a training for case managers, counselors, and new advocates on how to support a client who has recently experienced sexual assault. Attendees will learn how to respond to a disclosure of sexual assault, available options regarding reporting, how to support a client through a sexual assault examination, and step-by-step of how evidence is collected during a sexual assault exam including the contents of a “rape kit”.  Contact Alison at 419-282-6097 or awebb@safehavenofashland.org for more information.
