Appleseed Community Mental Health Center will be offering FREE 30-minute depression screenings on May 27, 2021 in recognition of Mental Health Month. If you believe you might suffer from depression, schedule your appointment today to meet with one of our qualified mental health specialists. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call our 24-hour crisis hotline at 419-289-6111. If you need immediate help, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
